Charisma is, in fact the correct stat for Leadership skill. Charisma is "a
personal magic of leadership arousing special popular loyalty". Do not confuse
this with comeliness (appearance).

Hitler probably had a Comeliness of 40, but a Charisma of 200+.

Capt.Crunch on the other hand, has a Cha of 40, but also mighty tasty
crunchberries.
