Now that we have a vast realm, and more 'base' type locations to remember,
could the number of locations for Location Memory be upped a little bit?
Melemkor was kind enough to increase capacity for ship map bookcases... I see
this as slightly similar.

And for the smart people out there, I know it is based on stat. I am asking
that the admin consider upping that ratio. (Everyone should see some
increase--not neccessarily the double that Melemkor did on maps.)
