I have a simple fix and solution to the
named eqtune-stuff. I think the most obvious issue
is that nobody wants to buy eq that will decay
and break down (unnamed stuff) and cannot
be repaired.
Well, just give merchants a skill that can
create armour kits that will increase the
maxcond of an item.
It's that simple.
