Fix scythe weapon speed, pretty plz.
Help weapon scythe says its faster than other polearms, but i just dont see
it.

See 'help weapon list' to see the types of weapons and as you might notice
they are categorized from the smallesto the biggest: You could also see that
scythe ain't even close as being one of the fastest poles.
