Could it be to have possibility to travel from donaru to renardy with boat for
players lvl 30 or under who cannot use post portal to do LQ there or want to
explore there and maybe help levelquest doers.
Like for reincers which hasn't done the LQ and don't have much money to pay
other player for boattrip
