Connor has become stranded somewhere in Laenor! Help him pilot his balloon
back to the safety of Arelium.

or...

Use Connor's balloon service to explore for a series of waypoints at x, y, and
z for this quest.

Or have him pilot it to Daerwon, and put his other office there.
