I have 108 mastery and 105 make ammunition.
I am using max divine materials, high quality materials.
I can make good quality arrows.
Why the hell do monsters drop better quality arrows than me. Whos making this
arrows! How the hell do they make better quality ones!!!!
How about stats and skill help make better quality arrows or something not
just quantity/time needed.
