I would like to propose a small but significant tune for Rebirth Heal.
Personally I think it should be exempt from flux entirely since it already is
on an 8 hour cooldown.
But I suppose there is a reason it isn't so here is another suggestion:

Make it affected by flux but not fully wasted. Say your rebirth heal allows
800 healing but flux limits it to 200, why not save the remaining 600 for
another use?

I am not sure exactly how to do with the cooldown. Maybe the 8h should start
when you have used up the entire "pool" or maybe it should replenish in
smaller batches or something.

It just feels to bad to use rebirth heal and get 24 sps due to flux and you
just wasted an 8 hour cooldown.

How about rebirth heal x where x is a number like 400 or 800. If there is
nothing used for x you take full amount or full amount remaining.
