As long as it has been 3 hours since you have last died, you will receive a 1%
exp bonus. That is 3 RL hours. At the time of this posting until reboot, you
will need to quit/re-enter for the effect to take place... except if you
logged in after this post was made.

Ok, for the lawyers and non english speakers, a clarification:
if it has been at *least* three hours since you died, you get the bonus. It
doesn't have to be exactly 3 hours
