The quest items for the Akira quest now repop. However, the quest itself is
still once per boot, mostly because of the eq involved. But it is not as easy
to screw up the quest anymore. (Incidentally, a lot of you seemed to think
that the...well, nevermind. Just learn to do better research, people)

The dagger in the Ivory Blades quest seemed to cause some concern as well.
Seems a lot of you raced there right after boot, took it, and left. Well, stop
it. I made it a pice of nearly worthless crap until you successfully complete
the quest. Yes, that includes the level limitations too. So go get your money
elsewhere. Also, the dagger repops now -- it's worthless without the quest, so
no reason not to.

A couple of you wrote about the spider gms. To me, this is a guild area, not a
"real" area. Dragoness is still in charge of that guild and can tune in
whatever way is deemed necessary -- those levels have more than earned that
privilege.
