In order to balance the abundance of Ducks, there are slight
balance changes in the race.
Due to winter and summer migration, the ep-cost of ducks is now
directly related to the ongoing season and the direction you are
moving to. Moving to certain directions will cost noticeably more
and moving to some will cost noticeably less.
On the northern hemisphere:
Spring -- The summer migration starts.
-North 50% cost
-South 400% cost
Summer -- It doesn't really matter.
-Normal costs
Autumn -- The winter migration starts.
-South 50% cost
-North 500% cost
Winter -- You really don't want to freeze.
-North 1000% cost
The endurance-cost modifiers are totally opposite on the
southern hemisphere.
