A couple more ship items:
- mounts will now be teleported off of a ship when it sinks
- NPC ships take no splashback damage from ramming attacks.
(This means they won't sink themselves anymore)
- To balance this bonus, npc ramming attacks are a little weaker than they
were before.

The usual, dock/summon/reboot for full effects...
