A few questions;

a) Wouldn't you agree, that if you don't know how to handle a certain weapon
well enough, it's strange if you still could use it so proficiently that you
could gain extra hits?

b) Wouldn't you agree, that the same techniques you use for using your weapons
proficiently, would not perhaps be of much use with, say, hooves or tentacles?

I think so. Hence cadence was tuned.
