Oh, yay!
The swim tune (the original, delay-causing tune) now applies only to players
with game age of less than 1d.
What this effectively means is that the tune is now completely a
newbie-protection measure. With older players swim works exactly the way it
used to before all these tunes.

PS. This time this tune was discussed with an arch and properly approved, so I
don't imagine seeing a rollback.
