Alchemists gained new spell 'create dimensional gem'. With this spell you
can turn a chest (yes those you stuff eq in pcities) into dimensional red
gems. The amount of gems you get from a chest is based on its quality,
material, reinforcement and slots.

Merchants may use these gems to add extra slots to existing chests using
the chest creation skill.

use 'chest creation' submerge dimensional red gems into <chest>

Each extra slot requires more and more dimensional red gems and the maximum
amount of slots added with gems depends on the original size. For example
you can not add any extra slots to 1 slot chests, where you can add many
on 12 slot vault.

These changes are ment to get rid off the useless 1-2 slotter chests while
increasing your storage capability with fewer chests.

These changes are immediately in game, report bugs to me. Have fun!

PS: those dimensional red gems stack and handling is same as in reagents.
