After reboot (or as new rooms are loaded this boot), the room's short names
(as seen via brief mode) will be in the room's full description. (i.e.
`look' will behave like `flook'.)

Vote this post up/down [after reboot] if you like or dislike the change.
If there's enough protest, I'll change it back; if there's enough support,
I'll keep it as the default and remove `flook'.

Based on the votes, default room description will now include the room name
(short description). For those who prefer the old style, after reboot the
rooms will recognize the no_ultra_verbose flag. (`set no_ultra_verbose on')

Yes, I know we have too many settings and the double-negative names are
"not uncomplicated" to understand, but that's another project... :p
