The following changes have been made:
Regarding E'siris:
- Leaving no longer resets your 5 minute wait timer.*
- Rift cast time cut down by about 30%.**
- Rift fail chance theoretically cut in half.**
Clothing (yes, I know, worthless crap) will no longer stop you from using
portals. Effective on new clothing.
One of the (always open) vendors in Silver Lake City has a new item for sale.*
* Effective immediately
** Effective after quit real + re-enter
