Fixed some of the menu-items on http://www.bat.org/ to better reflect where the
user currently is. Previously, you lost the left side menu when diving into
such as realm map information on Lucentium.

Affected were for example such as all map info pages, race infos, skill &
spell infos, etc. etc.

We trust that this change improves the "overall" usability of
BatMUD's website.
