Based on Sbut's idea I updated the society joining gnome to accept an
exception list when using 'join all'. I even made the exception list a bit
more user fail tolerant based on Era's feedback so you won't join the
societies you tried to put on the exception list but failed/typoed the syntax
on the list part. The gnome himself has had his help updated to reflect this
change. Effective after boot, enjoy.
Send any bugs regarding the exception list to me, the rest can go to Era
