Greets, I changed the way the aforementioned stuff works. Now it shows both in
the client and on telnet the REAL amount of rounds left AFTER quick chant and
quick lips etc.
The biggest change is that now the amount of #'s is different - "Spell name:"
ie. without #'s means that it will go off the next round.
