Theresa, the little harlot offering resurrection services to almost-newbies,
has decided to extend her services to the unfortunates stuck in hell with when
there are no valid raisers/ressers around.
In practise, after boot, what should happen is that Theresa will offer you her
services provided the following conditions are true:
a) You have been idle for less than 5 minutes,
b) There are no players in game with raise, ress or new body at higher than
10% and idle less than 5 minutes,
c) Theresa also offers her services to people below level 25 just as before,
without he aforementioned conditions
The list of 'valid casters' is updated every 5 minutes, and is cached for the
duration.
