Now,
it should be obvious that now that you can create secondaries, it does NOT
mean that you can parade out your 'old illegal secondary character' that's
been created much earlier (in some cases, way way back) than the time the
rules changed.
As such, and as common sense seems to be lacking, I'm imposing an additional
rule;
The secondary character MUST have a creation date later than the creation date
of the primary character.
If you now find yourself in a situation where this is not true, contact me and
we'll figure something out. If I receive no contacts, I will... rectify... the
situation myself in seven days.
