The merchant toolbelt 'weigh' command has been upgraded. (There's some good
ideas hidden in the piles of ones we have stored!)

The belt now accepts a huge assortment of arguments for object targets:
all, eq, noeq, nokeep, eq weapons, noeq weapons, weapons, items, armours, noeq
armours, eq armouts, all <torch, box, etc.>, box 2, AND MANY MORE!

Additionally, a nifty little total is displayed at the bottom, for the
convenience of adding up all those items you weighed. This is great for
measuring total fw reduction and such!

Effective at boot.
