As of right now, if you have a helmet in your rig, and one in your inventory,
and "sell helmet" at a shop, you sell both. This caused a little bit of
confusion and at reboot will be fixed. "sell xxx" will look in your inventory
first, and if it doesn't find it, THEN check your rig for it.
Selling "noeq" or "all xxx" will still sell the contents in your rigs as it
does right now. It is individual item sales that I'm trying to work with here.
Takes place at reboot. Let me know if this causes any problems.

Yeah, except that 'sell noeq' has never sold anything from my rig. Also tested
it again 10min ago, still doesn't. Even though the item in the rig isn't even
in keep list.
Maybe I'm the buggy one then?
To make it absolutely crystal clear: I've been having this 'skeepselli'
command (run from skeep pier to each shop and 'sell noeq' + 'toss noeq') to
quickly sell my loot from my cargo hold at shadowkeep, had this command for
ages already. Never once have I sold anything from my rig, even though a big
portion of my rig contents (which mostly contains hpr swap + toys + gems) are
not usually even in keep list.

I just now created a backpack, wore it, put 10 items in it, and went to the
Arelium store and "sell noeq". The items sold just fine.
I don't know what to tell you.
