The wicked witch of Stouby now awards you every two weeks, instead of once per
rebirth.
This means if you lost your gauntlets or want to try the alternate item, you
can now do it. The quest is still level limited, but these awards aren't - you
can get the reward even without the quest.
As usual, report bugs to someone who cares, sometimes it's me, sometimes not.
