There's been some talk that people would prefer to set housetax as a fixed
amount instead of percentage so I've decided to grant this wish. So,
previously if you set housetax to 10% and your house accummulated 10000 points
and gained 1k house points, in the future you will set the housetax to 1000 to
gain 1k house points. If the housetax has been set to be more than your house
may accumulate points, conversion is done to those points that your house has.

Note: If you have previously had for example 20% housetax, the values have not
changed and it will be shown as 20 house points in 'house info'. Please modify
the value according to the needs of your house before the first growth cycle
occurs.
