Players who are eligible for the exp bonus pool can now refill
their pool with taskpoints. The syntax for this is:
exp pool refill partial (or)
exp pool refill full

You can check the cost of refilling your exp bonus pool with:
exp pool refill cost

Note that the cost increases each time you refill the pool
during the same boot.

The cost of this service is subject to change, and may require
a quit & re-enter to enable the functionality before the next
boot.
