After many, many years of code getting dusted and murky, one foolish wizardish
soul took it upon himself to de-dust the code of this classic area, perhaps
one of the most beloved areas in the game. He took great care to refactor it
so that at least some of the "retro ambience" was preserved, but with some
modern things sprinkled in and many a bug fixed.

Great care was also taken to improve the quests and to actually add some sense
into the "story" of the area, whatever little there is, so that things that
may before been somewhat incomprehensible, may now make some sense.

In other words: TL;DR Digga's got recoded.

For those who are drooling after explore, there isn't any. Well, maybe there
is, but not that much. There are some new things, but as with my previous
"Circus" recode, they are rather subtle.

In any case, report any bugs to me, and send hugs to Juggelo who approved
this.
