Effective at reboot on 11 Nov 2016, the maximum amount of bookcases for all
class levels have been expanded as follows:

Class 2: 1 -> 2
Class 3: 2 -> 3
Class 4: 4 -> 5
Class 5/6: 3-> 4

This change has been made to reflect the significantly larger number of areas
in the game and expand rapid accessibility to those areas.
