Refunds have been slightly reworked.
A) Refunding a max-upgraded item can take you up to 4,000 Favor instead of the
standad 3,000. This is because, to max upgrade an item, you must have hit
4,000 at some point.
If you return an item that puts you 1,000 or more Favor over the 3k/4k cap,
the rest is given to you in certificates. Amounts 999 or lower remain wasted.
