Testing a change in the "godly effects" mortals sometimes get for future use.
While such testing is ongoing, the chance you get each +stat, and the bonus
+stat you get, is now more tailored to the guilds you're in. Basically, if
your guilds give +str and +dex, you're more likely to get those and at higher
values. SS+ guilds are skipped.
This is a pure upgrade, and may or may not be permanent, but enjoy it while it
lasts.
