Far to the north, away from the concerns of the Archduchy, and beyond
the areas claimed by the Clans of Kharim, the Snow Elf Workshop and
Toy Foundry is open for business. Or it would be furiously cranking
out toys aplenty if some mischief hadn't befallen it. Seek out the
workshop in the frigid and icy north of Rothikgen. Yule find it in the
tundra but nestled in a tiny patch of eternally snow covered
forest. If you visit perhaps you can save just a bit of the Christmas
magic before it is lost.

The area contains two AQs, Snow Elf Workshop and Extirpate the Ice
Ogress. While I hope that all players will enjoy this area it is
primarily aimed at players of low to middle levels of experience and
power.
