Some how I managed to make it so that the bat client types "on" before every command i type. I can type set. but that is the only command. If anyone knows how i did this or a solution. please reply.

looks like it was the rep command. I turn it off and it continues to put "on" infront of every command i type.

Fixed it. finally. playing with the rep command can get you messed up. @rep about 10 times and then set parser on. finally did the trick.
