Actually *wince* Lythlandria is right. We have a few higher level players who
insist on using the newbie channel to ask questions on, and then get downright
rude when they are told to ask on wanted. Apparently NO one is capable of
reading the help channels helpfile, and purging only works on level 10 or
less. We had a level 11 spammer last night that I couldn't do anything about
because he was too high. Maybe 24 hours is a bit too long, but give us a 10
minute ban window until a wiz logs on/unidles who can take care of the
