I'm looking for GPL or alike (of free/BSD) pho based solution that would
index files so i can search within them.

The files will be mails (with their respectable binary attachemnts, can
choose format ofc).

So basically, i want some interface to search through piles of emails
through browser, now recomand me somethng so i don't have to write it
on my own.

yes i can code that thing on my own and no i don't feel like doing it, that's
why i'm asking.
( only answering this coz i got "couple" "use gmail" solutions so far )

shortwhile you can turn it into a very powerful search engine.
