Perhaps, since Tarmalen wishes his faithful followers to spread good around
the world through their actions, he would frown upon idleness and lazyness.
Maybe even he would not reward his servants with much experience in healing if
they choose not to party often.
In other words, maybe tarmas should get less exp for rais/ress/nb if they
never party and choose to just trigger rais people.

rais/ress/number heal alled in it. I got curious about what my personal ratios
were after the last six thousand whines about tarms and their easy exp. My
conclusion is that I personally take in roughly 2 exp per hp/sp/ep I restore
via heal alls.
As for risk/reward, again I can't speak for the rest of the most popular guild
in the mud, but the last time I died while leading exp was...um...I'd love to
tell you but I can't remember.
