Afaik, every tarmalen season guild has one room where you can use navigator
spells and/or holy way.

i had him move around in there and tried summoning him, it didn't seem to work
in any of them, but he was a newbie so perhaps he didn't move to all possible
rooms (although i did mental glance him a few times and he was definitely
