Subject says almost everything ... this is mainly a bugfix release, but
compared to previous "major" stable (v0.6.2), we have added party prots
tracker, which is still in "debug mode", though. Also the very recent changes
in handling of sticky conjurer prots have been amended, and should work as
expected.
