Back in the day, the 'crown of mental power' used to be +8 int. Then one day
it got downgraded to +4 int, which is fine, perhaps that was a bit too suffeli
for the mob which had it.

Now however, I've noticed that when it goes 'mb 1k' on sales, no one even bids
on it! I would like to see the crown restored to a bit of its former glory.
Would changing it to +5 int be too much to ask?

It could then compete at least with other available head slots, resulting in a
wider variety of EQ seen used in the game.
