Disable snooping for wizards under level 50, or 100. They could spend their
time coding instead of snooping around on mortals.

I realize this is just flame group, but if you feel something improper has
been going
on, then please make a more "formal" complaint to an arch or level 150+ wiz.
Wizards should not be abusing snoop powers to do things like watch people mud
sex each other. or what not. And if you don't have some specific example of
a problem, then I would have to ask why are you making such vague statements
