Silly. Gotrek implies that snooping is boring and the people snooping could do
something useful instead. Pahvi replies and bashes Gotrek post and implies the
very same thing.

Nevertheless, snooping is useful, so why not let players get an inform message
if some under lvl50 wis is snooping, works fine when trying to resolve a bug,
and lvl50+ wizards can still snoop cheaters and abusers and burn em.
