Funny how small tunes can tip the racial balance in the game. In case you
haven't noticed, after drow were tuned evil-only, their number dwindled to at
least half of what it was. On the other hand, the number of elves in game
increased drastically! I think it's plain WRONG! Power to the drow! Remove the
restrictions!
