Resist damage with eq. Spellmax is not needed, or atleast there are so many
good races around you get what out want. Skillmax for defenders who need
dodge. A society which provides 60con gives nice amount of skillmax too. And
you dont instarip compared to a booned tank if your dodge is only 90%. There
are races with fm. Quick lips and moon impro are powerful boons for those who
have too many of them, yes.
I wouldn't call them HUGE bonuses, as I haven't seen any real need for any of
them even when playing with people with 10 boons.
And are you only looking at the problem from a slavest view, as in "that mage
isn't good enough for my party because he doesn't have x boons"? Seems so,
atleast if you do not take into consideration that a non-booned lvl80 player
is much more potent than Asolo or Tonto, who have boons and eq, but sadly, no
brains :<.

the best people available to my parties to get the best out of the time
invested. And there is a HUGE difference between 5boon psi/mage/chan/conj
vs 0boon one, no matter what you say the difference is huge.
I have an INT boon, remember, i said INT. I can still hit 16minute+ prots
(affecting stats WIS) without a wis boon! People just don't bother buying eq.
And my wis set is full of cheap mostly newbie stuff

to you. Donation is a donation. A gift. You should not expect anything in
return at all. And if, as in this case, Bat Ry thanks you for a donation
with an in-game gift, this is in no way TP market.

On the contrary balance of boons might seem improper, though when I was
playing I came to a conclusion that have you boons, or have you not, if
you have no brains, no boons will help. (Someone have already mentioned
that I think). There is _no_ difference between booned and non-booned
player, there is difference in attitude of minmaxers towards them. When
person here plays just to play and have fun, he cares not about those
boons.
Just my 2 cents.
