From what I hear, some races got tuned to shit, it'd be nice if you could get
a free reinc if the tune was substantial (I guess that varies on the opinion
of the wizzes), give them one chance, Log in, it's avail, Quit/LD you just got
fucked. :P

What a stupid idea. Anyone who selects the \'best in tune\' race
should know that a tune can come any time. Thus, you take a risk of losing
it all and reincing again. Besides, reincing is still pretty cheap in this
game so I can\'t really see this as a huge problem.

No race files were altered, so no-one is getting free reincs for being a
member of certain race.

Duh. Fucked up my reinc though.
