Okay, maybe I'm assuming wrong, but some spider has been regularly casting the
thing that has spiders bite you when you enter a room at the ship crew
training room. If the person is doing this in hopes that they can get the good
sailors, then they are a complete moron...the room won't keep getting new
sailors past 12...if there are 12 sailors in there, then no new sailors will
appear == no chance of the good ones. If you are gonna try for the better
sailors, then at least hire+fire the crappy ones yourself...if it sits at 12,
you not only inconvenience everyone else, but also inconvenience yourself.

Maybe I'm wrong, and the person doing it is just trying to be a dick...if
that's the case, then continue as you were.
