I think the weight on general vs. personal tune is too great. I have played an
hour every now an them for the past month and red-in-holz mob gives 60k ? Can
some please check out that balance of exptune, this is ridiculous: 60903:
the-thing-that-should-not-be

You didn't state 2 things. 1) Is the balance to far towards the personal tune
or the general tune. and 2) what should the monster of been in exp.
