Not that i am a huge fan of getting anything for nothing, but still its nice
to give SOME incentive to raise or ress. Ive sat in hell for a long time,
particularly during american times, b4 i get an offer. Oh and btw, please
allow the "ignore" command in hell, for those of us who get unlucky and like
our game play silent

(depending on services)...1k for rais with no services, 2k for full-service
ress...
