in first - low history.
I get leadership in chanu without pkill. from mach chanu points. after i was
lose leadersip from pkill. after return leadership back - again from pkill.
now i will surrender leadership - not wante get and make pkill more.
why in MAGIC guild posible get leadership from pkill? this normal for tiger or
reaver. but for magical background? any newbie can simple kill strong player
if both magical. this good if newbie lead guild?
second best tacktic for chanu leader now - kill, get leader and go to castle.
not play. only save leadership. if some get leadership from point again pkill
and go to castle fast. its good? if chanu will get unactive leader? i think
chanu leader rule need change.
Yuras, which now chanu leader but will surrender his rank in this boot and
not wante get again without change rules.

I agree with Yuras, that leadership system doesn't work so well. I think
channellers leader should be one who knows how to use golems(and other
aspects), and has played the guild for long, also active playing should be
counted. Yuras has been in guild for years and he is quite active - sad that
the leadership goes to one who isn't that dedicated to the guild (not sure
tho, but Yuras deserves the leads) - because of constant pkill. Pkill leads
sucks in my opinion.
(btw. no offence to Gotrek - if he is the leader - that's quite ok to me
because he also knows what he does and so on, but Yuras is one of the oldest
in guild)
