Those reincpenalties should apply to guildpoints which are supposed to give
more power as you spend more time in guild without reincing. The reinctax and
guildcosts in money on the otherhand could be lowered to give better chances
for a player to reinc into exp- or moneywise nonprofitable guilds.
We already have the guildpointsystem to award nonreincers. Now give us
reincers a chance. (reincs since counter started: 53).
