Give the fuckers some "healing power" that degrades unless they heal at least
500k points of damage with party heals in a boot. If the healing power has
degraded they get no exp for raises and resses. Or some other shit to FORCE
them to party instead just sitting on their lazy asses and play with their
genitalia.
